**Return and exchange policy**

  • You must send an SMS to create a return or exchange request to the number 0531310158
  • The original invoice or a color copy of it must be present.
  • The return period is within three days and the exchange period is within 6 days from the date of purchase.
  • No replacement or refund will be made to the customer if he contacts us from a mobile number other than the one registered in the order, in order to prevent fraud and preserve the rights of both the store and the customer.
  • After the expiry of the above-mentioned replacement and return period, the customer has no right to claim replacement or return at all.
  • In the event of an exchange or return, the new product will not be sent to the customer until the previous product arrives at the store.
  • In the event of a replacement or return at the customer’s request and there is no error in the product sent to the customer from the store, the customer bears the shipping costs of the product to be returned or replaced and the costs of sending the replacement product in the amount of 33 riyals for each individual shipment.
  • Returns and exchanges are possible if the product is in the same condition as when purchased and in its original packaging.
  • The store is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping companies, if any. The store provides the customer with the shipment number, and the customer must follow up on his shipment himself through the shipping company’s website.
  • Car bumper parts are not exchangeable or refundable except in the event of an error in sending the order to the customer from the store, in which case it will be replaced with a correct order.
  • Some product images are for display only and do not reflect the actual product image ( images for display and clarification only ) because photographing real products requires time and effort sometimes and we need to add the product to the store to meet customer requests, so we use images similar to the product or display.
  • The store has the right to change the shipping company as required by the interest, and the store is obligated to pay the difference in the amount, if any, to the customer.
  • The customer’s payment process is considered an acknowledgement that the information of the displayed spare part matches the part he requested. If he wishes to confirm, he can contact the store’s customer service and inquire about any questions.
  • In the event that the customer orders two products and the order is made, and only one product is available in the store’s stock and the other is unavailable, the store has the right to send the order to the customer and prepare the return process for the unavailable product. Without any accountability or claim.
  • The customer has no right to return or exchange opened and used packages and products.
  • In the event that the customer wishes to cancel the order without a justified reason or an error or defect in the product, the customer shall bear the full shipping and return fees for the products, within the specified period for replacement and return.
  • In the event that the order is cancelled before the order is in progress, the full amount will be returned to the customer through the account from which the transfer or payment was made within eight working days, in addition to what was mentioned in Article Six, with the exception of orders through the Tabby and Tamara systems, the customer will pay 25% of the total order amount to cancel the order and the refund will be made according to the Tabby and Tamara policy and system.
  • If the customer wishes to return and meets the return period conditions and there was no error by the store in the customer’s request and the return is subject to the customer’s desire and payment was made via Tamara and Tabby, 7% of the total order amount will be deducted in addition to an amount of 33 riyals for the value of returning and shipping the item from the customer to the store.
  • In the event that there is an error in the item sent from the store, and the customer wants a cash refund and it is within the specified return period, and the payment was made via Tamara or Tabby in installments, an amount of 15% will be deducted from the total order in addition to 33 riyals for shipping, but if the payment was made via other methods, an amount of 20% will be deducted from the total order in addition to 33 riyals for shipping, and the return period for the amount is within eight days.

Receiving the product from the shipping company constitutes an acknowledgement by the customer that the shipment is intact, in good condition, and has not been opened before receipt.

  • If the order is incorrect or has a manufacturing defect under the product warranty, the store will bear the shipping costs of returning and sending the new order without the customer bearing any shipping costs.
  • If the order is correct and based on the customer’s request and he wishes to return or exchange the order, the customer shall bear all shipping costs for returning and sending the order at an amount of 33 riyals for the return and the same for the sending within three days from the date of purchase.
  • The order is shipped after the completion of the implementation phase, within one to five working days as a maximum for small quantities. As for large quantities, the shipping period is negotiated and agreed upon with the customer.
